As the philanthropic arm of ASHP, ASHP Foundation’s vision is that patient outcomes improve because of the leadership of pharmacists, as vital members of the health care team, accountable for safe and effective medication use.

Each year, the ASHP Research and Education Foundation produces an Annual Report to communicate with our sponsors, donors, program participants and others information about our program and financial activities. The 2014 theme — Making a Difference — was chosen at the beginning of the year based on strategic goals for the previous year. The design concept was derived from the various programs offered, the diverse array of students that apply for them and their trainings, and talent that’s been rewarded.

“Any communications professional who is responsible for producing an annual report can attest to the importance of a trustworthy partnership with a talented graphic designer. My budget doesn’t allow for a full-time graphic designer on staff, and so I have to rely on freelancers for this high-profile publication.
